TydiTribe: Terms of Service

Last updated: July 09, 2026

These terms govern your use of TydiTribe, an app operated by Novaralogic. By creating an account, you accept them.

A note on the word home. In TydiTribe, a home is a shared set of records: the things you track, what has been done to them, and the documents you attach. It is not your physical house.

You confirm that you are 18 or older

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are not, do not create an account.

If you share a set of records with your household, every person you give access to must also be 18 or older. Do not give a child access to a shared set of records.

What TydiTribe does, and what it does not do

TydiTribe helps you record what has been done to the things you track, and works out when they are next due, based on the dates and intervals you give it.

It does not inspect anything, predict failures, or guarantee that a due date it calculates is correct. The dates come from what you enter and the intervals you set. If you enter an approximate date, the app works from an approximation. Treat what it shows as a record you keep, not as professional advice about your vehicle, your appliances, or your legal and financial obligations.

Deadlines that carry legal or financial consequences, insurance renewals, statutory certificates, taxes, dues, remain yours to meet. TydiTribe is not responsible if you miss one.

Your records are yours

Everything you enter and every document you upload remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to market anything to you.

We do need permission to store it and show it back to you, and to the people you have given access to. That is the whole of the permission you are granting, and it ends when you delete your account.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to, and do not upload government identity documents or anything that identifies a child.

Using it reasonably

Do not attempt to access records belonging to a home you have not been given access to. Do not attempt to break, overload, or work around the app's security. Do not use TydiTribe to store or distribute anything unlawful.

If we find you doing any of these, we may suspend or delete your account. We are a small operation and we do not run a review or appeal process, so we will only do this where the case is clear.

What we can and cannot be held to

TydiTribe is free, and provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or never lose data, though we work to make all three true.

The due dates it shows are worked out from what you enter. If the date you gave was approximate, so is the result. We are not liable for anything that follows from acting on, or failing to act on, what the app shows you. That includes a missed insurance renewal, a lapsed certificate, an unpaid due, a penalty, or damage to something you were tracking.

Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Leaving

You can delete your account, and all of your personal data, from Settings at any time. It completes within 24 hours. We may also delete it ourselves in the narrow circumstances described above.

Two things do not disappear when you do. Entries you logged in a shared set of records remain in that record, relabelled so they no longer carry your name. And if your name is printed inside a document you uploaded, it stays inside that file. Both are explained in full in our privacy notice.

Changes to the app and to these terms

We may change how TydiTribe works, and we may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you can delete your account.

Which document governs

TydiTribe has three documents. These Terms govern your relationship with us. For anything concerning your data, our privacy notice governs. The base privacy policy is a technical annex describing data categories and how our infrastructure processes them; where it differs from the privacy notice, the privacy notice wins.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint about your data, write to our grievance officer at [email protected]. We respond within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
